i don't choose 'em, i just am one... but in general, it has to be obvious that you'll be around for a while, that you're fairly stable (i'm the exception), and it helps to know Jason (admin) fairly well, so he trusts you.

Yeah i looked through a lot of the old threads and there seem to be a lot of 10th degree flamers, now the only people with those badge were here back then. Do they still give them out? Or have a lot of the good famers left the site and the new posters not been up to the standard?
