A VOTE FOR OSAMA
A GOP ELECTION SCAM

“...the Republicans have absolutely NO OTHER ISSUE on which to run. None.”

“Not one ad can possibly show any achievement by George Bush.”

THE PROBLEM

This is not the way it was supposed to be, not by a long shot. By now, George W. Bush was supposed to be a shoo-in for a second term in the White House. It really looked as if they had it all: Karl Rove was the master political strategist, the Neocons were the master war planners, and Dick Cheney was the master puppeteer of all time. Together, they would clear a path to victory for George Bush, the strong war candidate, for George Bush the highly popular candidate, and for George Bush, the absolutely unbeatable candidate. Theirs were the best laid plans, for sure. But they went badly astray....

THE SCAM

What to do? What to do? You know that these people will not go quietly into the night. You know they will come up with a strategy to counter their failures. You just know it. And they did.

The plan is simple and clever, and was inspired by the tragic train bombings in Madrid that brought down a pro war government. It relies heavily on the fear factor that has been the calling card of this administration for three years. It also relies solidly on another given: the cooperation and complicity of the corporate media.

I would tend to agree that things aren't just friggin peachy. I honestly don't think that Kerry has any idea about how to get the hell out of Iraq. His running mate stated during the vp debates that they had a plan to fly Iraqi troops out of Iraq to train them in order to get them back onto their feet(WTF?)! WHY? If you are going to fight then fight. Dont pussyfoot around trying to keep everyone safe. It's a war for Christ's sake and people will die. Can you honestly say that you dont think that it was a good idea to remove Saddam from power? Honestly? Because most Iraqis that I ran into really really did. But, the problem was the fact that most of the Iraqis were either too scared or too self-centered to try to take control of something. At least, most of the ones that I met were. Is there a valid exit strategy at this moment? I dont know. MY only experience with Iraqi people is from a year living in the middle of the Sunni triangle. Who knows? Not me. I can just tell you from my experience. thanks for listening.......eat shit! ;)

What has governor bush accomplished over the last 3.5 years anyway? other than letting us be attacked, taking the biggest surplus ever and turning into the biggest deficit ever, being the frist president since hoover to lose jobs, and start a wat based on a lie? what exactly has he done as "president" to make any of you proud of him. sure clinton lied to america and did some other bad things, but at least we can look back and say "you know what? i am proud of clinton becuase he balanced the budget, he created 23 million jobs, he protected america , etc, etc, etc, etc". The only thing bush did that anybody would be proud of is make up new words like "sucider" and "misunderestimate" and even "irregardless"

The whole thing about "we're better off without him in power" is just another way for the Bush Admin to cover their asses. I will be the first to agree that “Sodomy Hussein” was a piece of shit.
But, the fact of the matter is No country has the right to just go into a sovereign nation and use military force to remove their leader and install a new administration. There are many countries with worse leaders, who commit atrocities, and we have in the past and (I’m sure) in the future just sit by and watch. That is an indisputable fact.
Now, take off that shoe and put it on the other foot. George Bush gets elected again. A few country’s get together and decide they don’t want him scattering our forces to the ends of the earth, “freeing people” and “spreading democracy”. They decide that we need a change, so they invade us and arrest George Bush after finding him hiding in the dry goods storage at a Wisconsin Hooters.
What then? Who’s to tell them they’re wrong? I could, and you could, but then they’d just call us insurgents. Would you feel as though they had no right?

Again, I do agree that in many respects the world is better off without Saddam and for that matter, anyone remotely like him. I even agree that now that we’ve already dismantled; no obliterated, their infrastructure, it is our responsibility to rebuild it. I just feel George is too rough around the edges, and undiplomatic to accomplish it. Hopefully if Kerry is elected they’ll see that the American people are trying to fix the mistake of electing Bush in the first place, and be more open to working with us as an ally in the Middle East.

There’s a fine line between helping the weak, and sticking your nose where you have no legal right to stick it. It’s the difference between, protecting them and conquest of them.

The taliban haven't actually said that they did anything... Osama just said to America "I told ya so" and "Keep goin and all hell's gonna break out in ur country", not actually saying that his organisation had comitted anything... Whereas Al-Jihad have admitted to 9/11, most car bombing and anything else that they did... Bush just wants the whole western world 2 bow down 2 him... like THAT's ever gonna happen :thumbsdn: so :mfinger: Georgey!!! I'd rather :gun: him down...

gw bush is the best thing that ever happened to osama bin laden.

not only does bin laden have a voice, a face, and a message that is familiar now to all americans, he's got a president in power who is driving young muslim men all over the world to rally behind his anti-american cause.

if i got screwed over that bad by the US i'd be pissed too.
