Is there anyone that could give me advice....?

I'm so frustrated. Last year, it hit me that I might be attracted to one of my best friends... The problem is that this person's a girl. She is really... boyish? Athletic? I don't know, tomboyish, but anyway the thing is she could easily be mistaken for being bi or a lesbian or something... to the best of my knowledge, she's straight though, and it's just ahhh frustrating because on one hand I want to talk to her about it, to ask her things... but then on the other hand, I really don't want to risk ruining our friendship... Eugh. What do I do? :sad:

In one of my cosmopolitan mags, it says most girls become attracted in some way to their best friends. BUT.....if you really think you like her in that way and if yall have a super close relationship talking about it might not be a bad thing. Have you been ina relationship with a girl before etc? Does she know this? If she does then talking about it prolly wont be anything bad, but if this is the first time for you to ever have feelings for another girl well it might throw her off or push her away unless she is not straight. But like my magazine said most girls are attracted to their best friends. I cant remember what all it gave as advice on it though wish I could. may have to go search through the library of em!

So idea #2 would be (cause she doesn't drink)---tell her your reading a book that has your situation in it and see if you get a reaction or not. And then use a hypothetical situation and use the two of you as examples.

This isn't something that you just think OMG i am gay all the sudden, this is something you need tot ake time and explore yourself how you feel.

I know that. I have been thinking about it a lot for the last year... so it's not like I just suddenly went omg i'm bi.

Thats an easy one, if you think she might be a tom boy or a lezo if she is a tom boy she is NOT a lezo and you should not act on this because this is just a faze your going through alot of people go through it.
