POS colo provider

So I decided to go with a new colo provider that is local for one of our servers since I am having TERRIBLE issues with a remote location I deal with.

Who would have thought the problems at the local company would be WORSE.

The damn network is out more than it is up. They keep feeding me excuses and supposed resolutions, yet I see nothing but down time. WTF am I paying these people for.

Co-location... more or less you rent a portion of their office space to house some of your servers while you purchase their support/service/bandwidth....
