The stars wore like a clock
as the moon danced in fingertips
world seemed almost beautiful
painted all in color.
children stared with widen eyes
ears fully listening,
crickets playing their lull-a-by
with unsual peaceful ways.
Mothers and Fathers became lovers again
with aged voices,
the wind sweeping away their call
now youthful and unheard.
I but danced in these thoughts
all with my soul by my side
the wind and sky, gentle moans
all a remind of things to take hold.
as the moon danced in fingertips
world seemed almost beautiful
painted all in color.
children stared with widen eyes
ears fully listening,
crickets playing their lull-a-by
with unsual peaceful ways.
Mothers and Fathers became lovers again
with aged voices,
the wind sweeping away their call

the wind and sky, gentle moans
all a remind of things to take hold.
