i'm getting tired of being the person everyone goes to when they want to bitch about anyone else in the company. This is true not only at my workplace but the client i'm sent off to babysit twice a week.

Thier IT and MIS dept's hate each other's guts. They never agree on anything when something needs to get done. They've found that in order to get anything moving in the company (IT related).. the come to me.. pitch their plan.. then i go to the company's Controller with my "recommendation" (which basically is a half assed plan to keep both sides happy) .. ARGH!

I like when my coworkers bitch to me about everyone else. But, of course, I love gossip! ;D

Oh! I love when customers talk to me about the one coworker I hate as the "fat" one. It amuses me to no end.

I dont mind being the one who gets to hear all the bitching... It provides a nice outside perspective and validates my own bitches/gripes about coworkers too.

I know how that feels. i have to deal with problems on a daily basis. I'm a manager so i deal with tons of crap.
