If he does something worthy of a perma ban then he'll get it. While he might frequently be annoying, he's usually within the rules. I'm not going to ban someone just for being annoying either. I only banned him for this crap because it was completely worthless, and he resurrected a few other threads with similar crap.
In any event, you don't need to worry about the who is being banned or why, leave that up to the mods. It's actually quite annoying to hear things along the lines of what you just posted; we're not here to appease your every waking call or ban members on command, so stop it.
