the vote game

i've played this before on a different forum..
there is a list of people or things, all of which start with a power of 10.. each poster has 2 simultaneous votes, plus power of 1 to their favorite, minus power of 1 to their least favorite..
so say the list was:

red 10
orange 10
blue 10

then on my go i voted red plus 1, blue minus 1, it would be:

red 11 (+1)
orange 10
blue 9 (-1)

when an item reaches zero it is out, eliminated, no more votes..
the last one standing is the winner.. and then we start again with a new list.

RULES:
max of 3 posts in this thread per day. no serial-posting..
if you are in the list you CAN vote for yourself.
if you post at the same time as someone else and it messes the game up then edit your post.. don't leave mistakes for people like zoloft to tidy up.
cutting and pasting using the list/results above you will make your life easier.
that last one wasn't a rule, more a kind of tip..

this game worked well in the past but then there were a million posts a day.. so i think the best way of making this work here is like this..

list starts with power of 3 per contestant.

that's it, that's the sum total of the new rule.. no time limit, no new posting limits.. just a lower initial value.
