either add a sentence,or a paragraph.
The sun rose slowly,as if it wasn't sure it was worth all the effort. Another day dawned, but very gradually, and this is why.

The prior day, a mass killing shook the world as we know it today.

Weeks went by with no sign of life. But then, out of the rubble came a group known today only as the "WTFers".
