well in my opinion if they found water on saturans moon and they found a 10th planet well then maybe there is somehing else out there.
And concerning ghosts well i hae no doubt they exist ive seen them on many occasions its actually wierd i see them all the time. anyways ya i am convinced that they exist.

Mankind doesn't know jack squat of what there is to know.
How much of our immediate surroundings do you think we can detect with our physical senses or any manmade detection aparatus? I think less than half, maybe way less than half. No way of knowing, but understanding that we cant see and hear all of our surroundings is key when using the force.

About the planets. What is a planet, because even though Pluto is said to be a planet there are asteroids orbiting the Sun larger than it and with more moons.
Anyway there is somethings out there that we do not understand.
There are 11 dimensions so maybe ghosts are real.
