Although I'm not a football fan at all, I must say that Madden '06 is pretty cool. Especially if you play NCAA '06 and load your player from that.

I went through NCAA '06 playing with the Oregon Ducks 4 seasons undefeated. I played Madden '06 with my player from NCAA and got drafted to the Cowboys and lost 1 game, but won the Super Bowl. Working on my second season now.

It's just something to waste time with until Nascar '06: Total Team Control comes out. ;)

Memorable characters, excellent run n' gun action, the biggest guns you'll ever see this side of the Milky Way, solid platforming fun - you won't be able to put these down. SvC 2 was better. The grooves added a lot of depth, and as broken as roll cancels were, they added a lot of technique. SvC 1 was a fun game, but MvC2 was the better game of the time; hell, even Alpha 3 was a better game. Currently I think Third Strike is pretty much tops as far as 2d fighters go, with MvC2 being a close second.

You can win by brute force and conquest, or you can choose the peaceful route through diplomacy, culture, or scientific research (winning the space race). I like to use a good mix between war (almost always to get strategic resources) and peaceful building. I love it.

That game = greatness. I don't PC game often, but I really enjoy CivIII.

Soul Calibur 3 is, in my opinion, the best fighting game yet. I'm a fan of most fighting games, with Mortal Kombat II being in tight running for first, but nothing tops the beauty of SC3.

And I know how you feel on taking breaks from games. I still haven't beat Final Fantasy X :tongue: I started it back when it first came out. I got stuck right before the calm lands (if you've ever played it) and ran around for HOURS thinking there was just a glitch in my game, so I quit playing it. Finally, this year, though I had 90 hours into the game, I decided to restart. I found the guide at school so I decided to use it. The whole time, I was just reading a map wrong. It took how many years to realize it. I felt like a nerd.

Nerds are hot ;) Comign back to a game after a long time is always a blast. I played Mortal Kombat all the time when I was a kid. Only in the arcade though. I would pwn highschool boys. hehehe :D

I love Civ 3. The only thing is that the com. can be dumb as dirt sometimes. It seems like its much more of a pain to win through diplomacy than just massing troops and stomping them into the ground. Almost like real life :P

Super Mario 64 wasn't difficult. I beat the DS version in about a week, and that's with the extra three characters, though I did not collect all of the stars.

Super Smash Brawl is awesome.
I loved Megaman x3, and Super Mario World.

First time I played it, I just ran all the way through. It took me about 15 or 20 minutes to figure the controls (since it was my first time playing a 64). I beat Bowser on my second try, and I only had the minimal amount of stars, like 88 or 90 I believe?

A couple of days later I heard there was a bonus if you went through and got all 120 stars, of course it was partial rumor because I was told there was some bonus levels and shit. Imagine my surprise when after going through all that shit for an extra what must have been 3 or 4 weeks to hunt them all down (I don't believe in gaming guides), and I open up that final cannon. I was so stoked, I launched up onto the roof of the castle and to my dismay... all there was Yoshi telling me good job. He gives me one-ups from hell and then goes bouncing away! What? They could have at least let me ride that mother fucker!
