Well, we have a Welcome Wagon, how 'bout a 'Farewell Forum'? I know we could use Bait and Tackle, but you could use it as a reverse Welcome Wagon, like lettin the admin's post why they banned/suspended/caged asshats, and just letting people say a final fuck off to all before they crawl into a hole and die?
