New Glass: With pics!

Well, a terrible, terrible thing happened the other day. I dropped my glass pipe. Despite it being made of fairly sturdy glass, and was only dropped from about 3 inches off the ground, it landed the wrong way, and tile floors are merciless. The stem snapped off. So, I'm on the main island of PR today, and I bought two new pieces of glass. Here's what I got:

I like the way this one splits and twists. I haven't tried them yet, because I want them to be clean when I take them on the boat or plane back to Vieques. But I thought they were pretty nifty. All that, and a pack of transparent rolling papers for just under 100 bucks. Now, if I can find a Wii before I have to go back, my self indulgence will be complete!

P.S. I'll put some pics up of the fragments tomorrow, because the old piece was beautiful too.

Yeah, I put them on the laptop for scale. You're right, with the camera flash gleaming of the er in acer, and the reflection of the pipe in the screen, it would make a great promo shot.

The bubbler in teh first pics is similar to the one I have. I love the last one. It's very unique. I have a thing for the dichro glass.
