Another tab site gone.
MXTabs came back after being gone for a while, and ultimate-guitar is still around.

You been to mxtabs since it returned though? Half the tabs you can't access, and the ones you can are completely wrong, ultimate-guitar is alright, it just has some inaccuracies. I really liked this one though, since it had a nifty program that played how it would sound according to the tab and had sheet music as well, so you could easily figure out rhythm and shit. What sales are we preventing? Who buys those overpriced tab books anyway, some of them are wrong anyway.

I actually switched over to ultimate-guitar because of how crappy MXtabs became after their return.
Ultimate-guitar has a similar program that shows what the tabs would sound like if I'm not wrong, but you have to download something onto your computer to play the files.
Tab books are retarded. You couldn't find tab books for some of the music that's out there anyway. They just haven't been made. I never understood why they try to close these sites down in the first place.
