Like that matters?! If you need a morning-after pill, you need to be shot! Exactly how hard is it to slap on a raincoat, or take your birth control pill?! I've been having sex with my wife since she was 15. She's now 22. We still don't have any kids. You want to know why? Because unlike the majority of irresponsible Americans, I actually know the consequences of unprotected sex and personally do not want to have to deal with a hellion right now.

I'm sick of the government making excuses for stupid girls and their equally stupid parents. If a guy knocks up an underage girl, he goes to jail for statutory rape (and possibly child molestation) whereas the girl gets sympathy and a lifetime meal ticket for her and her kid(s). In the government's opinion (and the girl's parents), it doesn't matter how much a girl begs for sex, she couldn't possibly asked for it. We went to the Health Department yesterday to get my wife's $5/pack birth control pills and had to wait 2 hours for all the damn baby factories (girls under 16 with at least 2 kids) to get done with their visits. It is fucking sick how many underage parents their are!

The government makes so many things illegal. Hell.. you can't even buy cigarettes until your 18. WTF makes them think it's ok for a 15-year old girl to bring a life into the world? I think THAT should be illegal! It's a burden on ME for them to do that. I PAY THE DAMN TAXES THAT FUNDS THEM TO SIT ON THEIR ASS AND BE A WORTHLESS PIECE OF SHIT FOR THE NEXT 18+ YEARS! Any female who does not make $10K+ a year is instantly eligible for food stamps, free health care, and anything else they ask for. When I became unemployed, would they help me out? NO! They specifically said they couldn't help me or my wife because we don't have kids! What type of fucking logic is it that you can't help someone who is trying to get back on their feet to contribute to the overall welfare of society, yet you will gladly bend over backwards to reward those who will never amount to anything?!

WHAT THE FUCK?!! Urgent need to prevent pregnancy among 11- to 14-year olds?! I'll tell you how to prevent it -- you put the fear of God and Government into them! You make it ILLEGAL to have kids before you are 18. If an underage girl does get pregnant, unless you can prove extreme circumstances that it couldn't be avoided, the girl and guy should be spayed and neutered like an animal. It would be a lot cheaper than funding their delinquency for 18+ years.

Kids will continue to get pregnant as long as they know that mommy, daddy and government will help them out. If they were fixed and kicked to the curb, more people would think twice before doing that. Also, if they are going to have statutory rape for males, they better have an equally harsh punishment for females. It takes two to screw, you know! I go in AOL chatrooms and see plenty of females under 16 looking for "hot guys". Now come on! You're telling me that's just "innocent" love? NO! They are looking for a fuck buddy! Yet the instant they get pregnant, they scream rape and get all the assistance they could ask for.

a) younger ones tend to be naive when it comes to complicated matters of sex and love and some older guys are manipulative, [this i know from experienece--i was 14 going out with an 18 year old--which i DO regret]

Technically she was 15 years, 11 months old when we first had sex - so it was borderline. One more month and it clicked over to age of consent. We are only 2 years, 9 months apart in age difference. The point I'm making here is that it is possible to not have kids over a long period of time.

My WIFE is 22, you fucking moron. Read it again! And I didn't get a damn handout! I had to pay for it. But instead of paying outrageous prices at a doctor's office, I get the reduced one. And after 14 months of unemployment, there's a serious backlash of debt, so I'm cutting costs during recovery. If you got thrown in that situation, you'd do it too.

Being naive shouldn't be an excuse. If people were held accountable for their actions, they would've been well-informed by the time they are 10. They are only naive because mommy and daddy would rather not say anything. Young people know the difference between right and wrong - such as murder, theft, vandalism, etc. If underage pregnancy was illegal, or if they faced a backlash, they'd know it too.

So what if she's the one having it? It takes two! You think the guy is going to stick around after being in jail for 2+ years for statutory rape? No! That's even more of a reason to leave. They probably are sitting there thinking the stupid bitch got me locked up, no damn way am I gonna help. I'm not a Jesus freak. I'm a common sense freak. And I never said anything about banning birth control. My post is all about birth control. If you're gonna be a preteen slut, be responsible about it. That's not a contradiction - DON'T BE IRRESPONSIBLE IN THE FIRST PLACE! Use birth control pills or condoms from day one. You shouldn't have to resort to 2nd level "protection" because your dumb ass didn't think about it up front. Most of reality doesn't have two layers of protection. You have one shot. If you fuck up, oh well!
