You can get some killer excercise running from the tentacles....

Most painful exercise ever = Reverse calf raises. Stand on a block with your heels on the front edge so the front of your foot is hanging off, might want to grab on to something to support your balance while you do it. Lower the front of your feet as far as you can then raise back up as far as you can and you will start feeling a burning pain in the front of your calf (tibialis). Do this until complete failure when you can no longer get a full rep in and after this start doing partial repetitions until you can no longer even do those, then go back into the top position of the exercise and hold it there for like 30 seconds or until you absolutely give out. This will test your mental pain barriers to the limit.

take a 40 pound dumbell in each hand or w/e you can do then take your arms and lift them to your shoulder level forcing the wieght out and do this like 30 times or so then rest do it again and rest do it again as many times as you can and it will cause you to be one sore muther in the morning

that shit hurts!
