MANY websites in canada have the PROVINCE (DUMBASS) abbreviation in them but not all.

For example... www.gov.bc.ca (is the Province of British Columbia's website) but then there's www.google.ca, www.chapters.ca, www.ebay.ca, etc with just the .ca after.

And for the guinness book: Often I find in American publications and websites, Canada is abbreviated CA. Which can be confused for California, yes. So I can see where everyone's confusion came from
