I don't see any problem. Heck I don't see any problem with dating your second or third cousin. Heck if you want to date your first cousin just get a good screening for childhood diseases to avert any funky children. Love is hard enough to find. I'm NOT advocating dating your mom or sister however, I do have some standards.

Not to detour the thread, but I've seen several specials on TV disputing this. I can't remember their names so no big help, but they all said that inbreeding is only dangerous when there are potential child hood diseases and such, not just because they have the same DNA. Most animals do it, heck birds are very notorious for this, and their species are fine. I wish I could remember the shows... I'll try to google them up. Not like "just because it's on TV it's true" anyways, but just to discuss the topic a bit.

Yeah but then you can always go back the the dogs and see that inbreeding is a really bad idea. Generally there won't be issues in the first generation. And the more distant the relationship the longer it'll take for issues to arise. But when you have inbreeding in a dog line you get all sorts of issues that weren't there to begin with.
Tapping your cousin is naughty. Tapping a chick that looks like your cousin is cool.
