Online Employment Info.
I'm looking for a new job and there are a few avenues of interest that I am considering. I am also considering moving to another city. Since I am not exactly sure where I want to live at the moment and which career path to follow, I was thinking that some sort of online job would be a good idea in the meantime.
A google search (as I'm sure you can imagine) produced endless links. Many of those links are for agencies that require a fee that entitles you to a list of jobs or lead to "Make $2000.00 in a week!" claims that seem bogus to me.
Does anyone have any experience with legitimate online employment or know of a reputable resource?
To be clear... I want to work from my computer.

Here in Finland we have a page(it's the states page) where you can search for jobs all over the country. The companies post their ads there, maybe you have something like that?

I think he means a job where he can do something online.
You can make some chump change with ChaCha. - ChaCha. Just Call. Just Text. Just Ask
Any opportunities I have been given to do something "online" related, I usually found locally.
If you were also looking for a reputable place that can help you find a job, try Monster. I've found some kick ass jobs. (after weeding through the shit of course) Also see if you have a local workforce, that's where my best job offers have come from.

Gotcha. So that was for jobs in general, not online jobs?
Have you worked for ChaCha? It seems kind of interesting.

Monster and TWC were for local jobs, but with my experience and matches, you'd be surprised how many were for online work. You've just got to look around a little bit, stuff like that doesn't fall in your lap.
I made about 700 bucks with ChaCha in two weeks, then they stopped giving me any searches to do. If I had stayed with them, I'd be lucky to have made pennies a week. It was great as something to do while bored, but I wouldn't let it be something that pays your bills.

I'm not expecting anything to fall in my lap, I've just never looked for employment opportunities of any kind online before so I was looking for reputable places to begin my search.
Thanks for all the info.

Do you know why?
Do you recall (roughly) how many hours you worked to earn $700.00 for two weeks?

I dunno, maybe 30-40.
They cut me off because they're fags. Figure they want to get you hooked on making a few bucks, then they screw you. /me shrugs.

That was my first thought.
(My second thought was that you told someone to go fuck themselves. )

You'd be surprised at how I change completely when I'm working.
I didn't consider ChaCha a job, it was a bored thing, I just didn't have anyone to say "fuck off" to. :P
