Best concert you've been to

Simple enough, just tell us about the best concert you have ever attended. What concert rocked so hard that you had a migraine the next day? What concert had the bass that made your heart skip a beat? What concert had the most mosh pit, boob flashing action?

For me, it was the concert that had Rob Zombie, Shinedown, AND Godsmack. Not only was I in the only mosh pit in the entire place the entire concert, but all behind me there was women on their mens shoulders taking their tops off, and making out. The scariest part was when a midget decided to get topless, she was ugly, had nasty looking tits, and had no teeth. She was right by me and she must have been licking her tits for 20 minutes before everyone forced her to put her shirt down. The best part was the hermonica (sp?) solo right before one of the best rock songs ever. Two thumbs up.

Then again, that was the only concert I've ever been to.

The Who's 25th Anniversary Tour. Back in the late 80's, before some of you were born.

Fans of every age, some standing on their seats, singing along to classic rock anthems. No stage diving, mosh pits or other silly nonsense. Just people listening to music, drinking beer, smoking dope and having a good time.

That sounds like a great line-up.

For me, it's a toss-up between The Clash in Long Island and Dead Kennedys at the Ritz in NYC. I've been to better shows, but I had the best time at these two shows.

It'd either have to be last year's Pointfest (it's the local radio station's annual outdoor concert series) with Breaking Benjamin, Avenged Sevenfold, Modern Day Zero, and a few others.

Either that or Flogging Molly live. Holy fucking shit, I had the most fun of my life at that show. Seriously, if you guys haven't seen these guys live yet, you NEED to.

Well Imma young one here with a strict mother. The only big concert I've been to is Ozzfest '06. Which kicked ass, I went with my best friend and her brother and 2 cousins. But I go to alot of local shows with ya know...local bands. Plus I work at a radio station and saturday nights we bring in local bands from our area so I get a show every week...

Ozzfest last year. Disturbed (my personal favorite), Lacuna Coil, Bleeding Through, Norma Jean, Dragonforce... and Ozzy was actually there....not like some other years. It was magnificent.

My boyfriend got a broken nose from a crowd surfer, and the same guy kicked me hard enough in the head that I blacked out for a second. I puked in a cup because of being out in the heat all day. We set it down inconspicuously...when we looked back, it was gone! Other smashed cups were still there, but not that one! We think some drunk guy drank it. eww..

lol, sorry dude, I swear to bob that first post you posted in this thread, when I read it, you said I think me and "him" went to the same concert tour. No, I went to the one in Kansas City Kansas at Verizon Ampitheater. It was a badass concert wasn't it man?

Howard Shore's Lord of the Rings Symphony in Antwerpen 2004 xD (if it counts)

Toss up between Peter Frampton(sp?) at my hometown's fairgrounds and The White Stripes at The Greek Theater, U.C. Berkeley. Frampton was much like that Who concert, loads of drunken geezers singing along to songs I've never heard before, but nonetheless rocked. The White Stripes were awesome, some doofus got onstage while they were playing the last song of the night, threw his arm around Jack White's shoulder, and started to say something into the mic. After security hauled him back into the crowd, Jack White took the mic off it's stand and started pacing around the stage, saying "Ok, now everybody look at that guy. Did mommy and daddy bring you to the big rock n' roll concert?"

One thing you must do before you die: See the White Stripes in concert.
