My wife and I have been married 2 years. We got married young, we are 21 and 22 years old now with a 15 month old son. At about the end of november/beginning of december 2009, I noticed some changes...she had started talking to this guy in her office wayyyy to much not to be suspicious. Im talking like 12 hours a day through texting and alot of facebook crap. I confronted her about the situation and she denied that there was anything going on. They would also take off of work the same days. They would also get into work at the same time. So if she was cheating, I knew who it was with. This man is 43 years old, he has children older than my wife. so about a month of this shit goes by, and i continually confront her about it all and then she says how confused she is and doesnt know if she loves me anymore. One day, after visiting her sister we get into a fight and walk out on each other. She later texts me saying she isnt coming home that night. I knew where she was going. My brother and I found out his address and we proceed. We arrive before they do and yes, they both arrived together in his car. And we filmed my wife cheating on me :( She still tried to deny it, she thought i was bluffing about going to his house and filming it. Until i described his house. so now she admits to it annnd we are in the middle of a divorce....sucks. I wish i didnt give a shit about her, this would be much easier. It seems that this all went down hill after she went out to have a drink with the people in her office and decided that she didnt want to be married or have any responsibility anymore....idk, i hate this. If she had just opened up alot earlier about how she felt, maybe we could have fixed it, not now though.....

I'm sorry you found that out. If she had a problem with the marriage, she should have just spoken up about it. What was it about this guy that interested her so much? This guy is married still right? She'd rather be the other woman? Maybe she just wants the excitement of being caught in her life. Still sucks though. You mentioned you had a 15 month old child with her? What's going to happen with the child? Are you fighting custody?

That blows! Personally, I'd be done with it. But, being you were both young, more than likely it's a case of sexual confusion, whereby she didn't know what she wanted. Believe I know, being I settled down at 19, had a kid at 20 (followed by 2 more) ... I was fighting the committment the whole time. It may not work for everyone, but communication saved our relationship.

If you know what you desire, what you want, and where you want to be...discuss it openly as friends first...if you can't be honest with one another, the relationship is already doomed. Hell, we've survived 18 years, 3 kids, and I'll tell ya, it was no cake walk! But, we are friends before anything else. Too many people claim ownership, or are over-protective (jealous). If I were you, I'd go bang a younger chick...make her ass jealous, and watch how fast those old shriviled balls get old for her. If not...fuck it let her go, and keep banging the replacement! OP- Don't even consider it. You obviously respect her a lot more than she respects you. She didn't have the decency to come to you about how she felt, she didn't have the decency to at least leave you at the beginning of her affair. How long would she have fucked you over behind your back, until the other guy divorced his wife? You don't deserve someone like her. You need someone who will treat you with respect by telling you how they feel before jumping in another person's bed.

Expect her to come back around if this other guy won't leave his wife.
